Plans and fees
Three organization plans, one clear registration-fee schedule. Organizations set their own registration prices. When League67 collects an application fee, Stripe deducts it from organization proceeds; it is not added to the customer's checkout total.
Published player registration fee
1.5% of the final discounted player-registration total, with a $1.00 minimum and $9.95 maximum. At $100 the League67 fee is $1.50. At $20 the $1 minimum applies; at $1,000 the $9.95 maximum applies. A fee that would consume the entire registration total blocks paid checkout at that price.
An organization may have a custom rate and custom minimum or maximum. Its authorized owner sees and accepts that exact schedule before League67 collects it. Team-registration fees use a separate schedule and apply once per team registration. Stripe processing is additional to these deductions from organization proceeds and varies by transaction.
Before you pay
The organization sets the registration price shown to the customer. League67 does not add its application fee or Stripe's processing fee to that customer checkout price. The final customer total is shown before payment. Creating an account or browsing a program does not itself incur a registration fee.
League67 application fee
When collection is enabled, the published player-registration fee is 1.5% of the final discounted registration total, rounded to the nearest cent, with a $1.00 minimum and $9.95 maximum. A paid team registration carries the separately stated team fee once for the team, not once per roster member. League67 may arrange a different player rate and different minimum or maximum for an individual organization; its authorized owner must see and accept that exact schedule before collection. Stripe Connect transfers the application fee from the connected organization's payment proceeds to League67. No League67 application fee is collected on a free registration. A registration whose payable total cannot cover the fee and leave organization proceeds cannot use paid checkout at that price.
Stripe processing and organization proceeds
Stripe also deducts its payment-processing fee from the connected organization's proceeds under the applicable Stripe account arrangement. Stripe's fee can vary by transaction. Neither the League67 application fee nor Stripe processing is an additional charge to the customer. The organization should set its registration prices with these deductions in mind; League67 does not guarantee net proceeds will equal the listed price.
Price changes
League67 may change its application-fee schedule or turn collection on or off for future payments. Organizations may change their registration prices. Changes do not increase a completed payment or an existing Stripe Checkout session. League67 requires organization-owner acknowledgement of material fee changes before a new application fee is collected.
Promotions, taxes, and refunds
An eligible promotion may reduce the organization's registration price; the final payable amount is shown before payment. Applicable taxes, if any, must also appear before payment. Refund eligibility is governed by the organization's disclosed policy and applicable law. A refund may not return Stripe processing fees to the organization; any customer refund and any League67 fee reversal will be shown in the transaction record. Nothing on this page limits non-waivable consumer rights.
For organization owners
Before League67 collects an application fee on paid registrations, an authorized owner must acknowledge the effective player and team fee modes, fixed amounts or percentage rates, any player minimum and maximum, and that both the League67 application fee and Stripe processing reduce the organization's proceeds. League67 records who accepted, when, the exact effective schedule, and the terms version. A change to that schedule or material terms requires fresh acknowledgement before the changed fees are used.
